Paul is a Trustee Board Member and Vice Chair of the Brathay Trust, a national charity for young people. Brathay's mission is to improve the life chances of young people, children and families by inspiring them to engage positively in their communities. 

IFS - Institute for Fiscal Studies

Paul is a Council Member for the Institute whose aims are to advance education for the benefit of the public by promoting, on a non-political process, the study and discussion of information and knowledge concerning the economy and it's social effects.
